Do this before you travel
Rural venues lose signal. Download the companion at home, on your own wifi, before you get in the car. Most of the value of a session survives a total outage on that alone.

PRACTICE
Printing the name tag sheet
Print black only, at one hundred percent scale. Turn off anything called fit to page or shrink to fit, because a scaled QR stops scanning reliably in a dimly lit hall. Print one sheet, scan it in a dark hallway with a real phone, and only then print the batch.
